On any given day in New York, local Manhattanites walk by countless “sketchy” massage parlor signs to and from work.

And we wonder, in a perfect world, what if just ONE of these places delivered a “spa quality” massage without the chance of bedbugs?

Well, I found you one.

I would have walked by and dismissed Chelsea Body Work’s sign per usual if it wasn’t for a friend* of mine that saw it on Classpass for a ridiculously low amount of points.

I briefly looked them up on Yelp and it had a 5-star rating with 95 reviews. That’s pretty unheard of from a budget spot, so I gave it a shot.

It’s a no frills place, but very clean and professional. You’ll get an individual room that plays calming music. It’s “spa quality” with “massage parlor sign” prices. :) So good in fact, that I’ve been 3 times in the past month.
